5.- Linked-Initiatives uses Stripe as its online purchasing system. Linked-Initiatives accepts payment by major credit cards through Stripe.
6.- All payments must be made in advance. Delivery will only occur when Linked-Initiatives has received confirmation of your payment.
7.- All prices are in Euros – €. All prices for the goods or services are inclusive of taxes but exclusive of delivery charges.
Prices are subject to change. The price applying to your purchase is the one that is current and published on the website at the moment you place your order.
8.- Our services are provided on a best efforts basis. You are responsible for supplying Linked-Initiatives with all the information needed so that the services can be accurately delivered, and to abide by all instructions and homework requirements made by Linked-Initiatives regarding the service delivery process.
9.- Guarantee: Regarding services that are to be delivered in successive sessions, you may cancel your purchase after the first session and get a refund totaling 80% of the amount you have paid.
10.- Linked-Initiatives strives to describe the most current developments relating to its products and services and other information about the company. However, Linked-Initiatives doesn’t warrant the accuracy, effectiveness, reliability, completeness, timeliness or suitability of any information contained on this site.
11- Linked-Initiatives disclaims any liability for any damage, direct or indirect, occurring while using this site or Linked-Initiatives’ products or services, other than caused by Linked-Initiatives’ intentional fault or gross negligence.
12.- Should Linked-Initiatives be unable to perform in whole or in part the contract passed with you, due to any cause or event beyond Linked-Initiatives’ reasonable control, Linked-Initiatives may, at its option, by notice in writing to you, cancel or suspend the contract in whole or in part without liability and without prejudice to Linked-Initiatives rights to receive payment for all goods or services previously delivered.
13.- The construction and validity of these Terms and Conditions as well as any item not provided relating to the use of this site and to conclusion, execution and interpretation of any contract passed under them, shall be governed by the substantial and procedural laws of Switzerland, without regard to any conflict of the laws’ rules.
